Jared DeRuby is the Owner and Visionary of Talent Corps and Medical Talent, where he drives the strategic growth and national expansion of two premier staffing organizations. Under his leadership, the companies have evolved into trusted partners for leading construction and healthcare firms, delivering skilled professionals to critical projects across the country.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jared’s leadership style is defined by discipline, resilience, and a mission-first mindset. He combines military precision with entrepreneurial vision to build high-performing teams, implement scalable processes, and foster a culture of accountability and results.

Recognized for transforming challenges into opportunities, Jared has positioned Talent Corps and Medical Talent as industry leaders known for reliability, speed, and excellence. His unwavering focus on innovation and client success ensures that both organizations deliver on their promise—providing the right talent, in the right place, at the right time—while creating lasting impact for employees, clients, and communities nationwide.

Eric Feinberg
President

Eric Feinberg is President of Talent Corps and a seasoned staffing executive with over 30 years of experience. He’s led teams at major industry players like TrueBlue and People Ready, driving growth, operations, and workforce innovation. Before joining Talent Corps, Eric helped scale clean energy workforce solutions as Chief Workforce Officer at Qmerit.

At Talent Corps, Eric is focused on improving operations, growing the business through smart strategy and M&A, and building a strong, people-first culture. A former Marine Corps officer and Bronze Star recipient, Eric brings leadership, discipline, and a passion for empowering teams. When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing and traveling.

Eric Waite
Executive Vice President

Eric Waite serves as the Integrator for Talent Corps, leading the construction staffing division with a focus on operational excellence, team alignment, and client success. He specializes in scaling workforce solutions, building high-performing leadership teams, and delivering exceptional results for clients in construction and skilled trades.

Eric leads with empathy and compassion, fostering an environment where people feel supported and empowered to succeed. By combining a people-first mindset with a disciplined approach to execution through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), he drives sustainable growth while ensuring Talent Corps consistently delivers the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Simon Watson
Vice President of HR

Simon is the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing extensive executive leadership experience across all HR functions and organizational development. His background spans multiple industries, including medical, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, food, and others.

Simon has held both operational and sales roles, along with senior HR leadership positions at organizations such as Nortel, Lufthansa Service Group, FreshOne, and 3 Day Blinds. He has also provided independent consulting and recruiting services to a diverse range of clients, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Continental Airlines, and Tavacon Construction.

Outside the office, Simon enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is passionate about creating art and music using AI, and—weather permitting—can often be found working in his yard and garden.

Mike Bates
CFO

Mike is CFO of Talent Corps.  He has a proven track record of driving financial strategy, optimizing operations, and leading large-scale transactions with high growth organizations most recently with Accessfares, Travel Solutions USA, and MCI USA.  Mike graduated from UTD and is a Texas licensed CPA.

Bob Brandon
Vice President of Strategic Services

Bob Brandon is the Vice President of Strategic Sales at Talent Corps, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in staffing and financial services. Since 2017, he has led national sales strategy across Renewable Energy, Data Centers, and Industrial Construction, driving consistent growth and strategic client success. Before Talent Corps, Bob held leadership roles at Onyx Acceptance (a Capital One company) and Gateway One Finance (a TCF Financial company), building expertise in sales, operations, and business development. Known for developing high-performing teams and lasting partnerships, Bob delivers measurable value in fast-paced markets.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Emily and their three children—Elle, Luke, and Tate—and is passionate about hockey, golf, and staying active

Chris Nelson
Vice President of Field Services

Chris is the Vice President of Field Services, bringing over 10 years of experience in the construction staffing industry. With a passion for building strong teams and delivering exceptional service, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to Strengthen America’s Workforce.  Chris is responsible for developing the field sales team, growing strategic partnerships with clients, and exceeding customer expectations. He is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within Talent Corps.  He ensures that both clients and candidates receive the highest level of service.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, son, two daughters, and dog.  He is a sports enthusiast and stays active by coaching softball.

Chris Killion
Director of Operations and Technology

With 15 years of experience in construction staffing and a background in the trades, Chris Killion is the bridge between boots-on-the-ground insight and forward-thinking tech strategy. At Talent Corps, he leads efforts to modernize staffing operations through automation, AI-driven recruiting, and workflow optimization. His goal: deliver faster, more reliable results for clients and create seamless experiences for candidates. Chris is a firm believer that great systems build great teams, and he works every day to align people, processes, and platforms.

Away from work, he’s a devoted husband and father who loves spending time with family, and his two dogs—often with music playing and a grill fired up.
